1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CruiseSlash mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download, install, access, or use the App. This agreement is between you and CruiseSlash ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the App Store's terms of service.

3. App Description and Services

CruiseSlash is a premium award travel search application that helps users find premium class seats and award travel opportunities that can be redeemed using airline miles and points. The App provides search functionality, availability alerts, and travel planning tools for award travel bookings.

4. Subscription Terms and Billing

4.1 Subscription Model

CruiseSlash operates on a subscription-based model. All features of the App are locked behind a paywall and require an active subscription to access.

4.2 Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all App features. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.

4.3 Subscription Pricing and Billing

After the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at $4.99 per week unless cancelled. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next billing cycle.

5. User Obligations and Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

5.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Rights and Limitations

6.1 Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by CruiseSlash and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

6.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.

6.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate award travel information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the App. Award availability and pricing are subject to change by airlines and may not reflect real-time availability.

6.4 Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CruiseSlash AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CruiseSlash and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and you must delete the App from your device.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability
